About CREID

CREID is a founder-led leadership advisory and development practice grounded in culturally responsive, equitable, and inclusive development.

The practice recognizes that people lead within context. Culture, identity, authority, relationships, lived experience, and the conditions around the work affect how people decide, adapt, contribute, and belong.

CREID helps leaders and organizations navigate those realities with greater awareness, stronger judgment, and practical ways to move forward.

CREID grew from a simple belief:

People should be able to do meaningful work, lead well, and belong

Without continually over-adapting or sacrificing themselves just to keep the work moving.

Meet Corinna Kelley

Founder | USAF Veteran | Leadership Coach | Speaker

For much of my career, I operated from a service-before-self mindset—taking on more, adapting to the room, and carrying pressures as if they were mine alone to solve.

Over time, I learned that service does not mean self-sacrifice.

Leading well requires knowing what is yours to carry, what needs to be shared, what the moment actually requires, and how to stay connected to who you are while doing purposeful work.

My public health background also taught me not to stop at the visible symptom. I learned to look at the people, relationships, responsibilities, resources, culture, and surrounding systems shaping an outcome before deciding what response fits.

That combination of lived experience and systems thinking shaped CREID.
