Organizations are made up of people, not positions.

Behind every strategy, initiative, partnership, and decision are people trying to navigate changing expectations, competing priorities, limited capacity, and increasing complexity.

When we focus only on performance, we often overlook the conditions shaping how people are able to lead, collaborate, and make decisions.

That is where CREID begins.

Why Organizations Partner With CREID

Organizations rarely need another generic leadership program.

They need someone who can help leaders make sense of what is happening, facilitate the conversations that matter, and strengthen the conditions that help people and the work move forward.

Our work combines public health systems thinking, culturally responsive practice, facilitation, and coaching-informed leadership to help organizations understand what is influencing the situation before deciding what needs to change.

How We Approach the Work

Readiness & Adaptability

Helping leaders and teams recognize what is changing, assess what is needed, and respond with intention.

Systems & Strategy

Looking beyond immediate challenges to understand the larger conditions influencing people, decisions, and outcomes.

Community & Co-Design

Creating space for the people closest to the work to shape solutions, strengthen ownership, and build sustainable change.

Coaching & Facilitation

Using structured conversations that strengthen judgment, build capacity, and help people determine what comes next.

The goal is not to turn managers into professional coaches.

It is to help them use coaching-informed practices to create conditions where people can think, contribute, grow, and work together more effectively.

Focused Working Sessions

Sometimes a team does not need training. It needs a well-structured place to work through something real. CREID designs and guides focused sessions that help teams, coalitions, and partners:

✦ make sense of what is happening;

✦ surface different perspectives;

✦ clarify priorities;

✦ make decisions;

✦ define ownership;

✦ Identify practical next steps.

These sessions may support

  • Team alignment

  • Leadership retreats

  • Partner convenings

  • Priority setting

  • Action planning

  • Stakeholder conversations

  • Recurring issues that need resolution.

CREID provides focused learning, working sessions, and limited advisory support—not long-term implementation management or oversized reports.

What the Work Is Designed to Strengthen

  • Trust

    People feel heard, respected, and able to contribute honestly.

  • Judgment

    Managers support people in thinking through problems instead of automatically solving everything for them.

  • Shared Responsibility

    Ownership becomes clearer and less concentrated.

  • Communication

    Expectations, concerns, and decisions are addressed earlier and more directly.

  • Action

    Conversations lead to decisions, named responsibility, and practical next steps.

Experience That Understands Your World

CREID brings experience across public health, healthcare, military, nonprofit, government, workforce, and community systems.

Corinna Kelley has served as a PHAB Site Visitor and understands the realities of performance improvement, accreditation, funded initiatives, cross-sector partnerships, workforce strain, and community accountability.

She also understands that the people closest to the work often know more than traditional planning processes allow them to say.

Her role is to create the structure, questions, and space that help that knowledge become useful.
