Conversations that make visible what people have been carrying.
Corinna Kelley brings public health experience, leadership practice, culture, identity, lived experience, and storytelling together to help audiences see themselves—and the systems around them—more clearly.
Why This
Conversation Matters
Many people are doing meaningful work while carrying assumptions they did not choose. They may be waiting for permission. Trying to prove they belong. Overperforming to compensate for environments that were not designed with them in mind. Staying inside roles, expectations, or identities that no longer fit.
Beyond the Box creates space to name those patterns without reducing people to them. The goal is not to tell audiences who they should become. It is to help them see what has been shaping them—and consider what they want to choose next.
